Barbara Fister is a retired librarian, erstwhile columnist for Library Journal and Inside Higher Ed, and occasional crime fiction author. She reviewed books for Mystery Scene Magazine and Reviewing the Evidence and is currently the editor of Crime Fiction Review. She lives in southern Minnesota, where she enjoys reading, gardening, and hiking.
